My name is Soe Moe, and our family works on a farm for our livelihood. Other casual work is also available as an opportunity. We had a difficult time with this work.
Due to many situations, there is a challenge of a lack of job opportunities in the village where I live. Young and middle-aged people are going to work in other countries, leaving only adults and children in the village.
When I heard about the ADRA project’s vocational training, I became interested in hair cutting training and decided to join the program.
I was very happy when I was selected to attend the hair cutting training supported by the SEAQE2 project funded by Norad and ADRA Norway.
During the training period, I have learned the most and tried to improve my skills and other aspects. I also learned more about the seriousness of haircutting as well as female hairdressing.
From the training and internship program, I learned many useful subjects related to hairdressing.
Through the e-learning lessons provided and supported by the SEAQE2 project, I gained a lot of knowledge for my future career. The e-Learning lessons in particular have helped us to manage our finances more systematically, understand the importance of accounting, and apply statistics in real life.
After the training, I received a grant from the project to run my own business. I started my own business, and I receive an average monthly income of 150,000 that I use to support my family with my own income.
I will strive to be more business-oriented. I hope my own business will be more successful in the future and aim to open a shop in a central and densely populated urban area.
စိုးမိုး၏ ဇာတ်ကြောင်း – ကရင်ပြည်နယ်ရှိ လူငယ်များအတွက် အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်း စွမ်းရည်မြှင့်တင်ပေးခြင်း
ကျွန်တော့်နာမည်က စိုးမိုးဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ကျွန်တော်တို့မိသားစုက လယ်လုပ်ပြီး အသက်မွေးပါတယ်။ အခြားအလုပ်များကိုလည်း အခွင့်အရေးရရင်ရသလို လုပ်ပါတယ်။ အလုပ်အတွက် ကျွန်တော်တို့ ခက်ခဲတဲ့အချိန်တွေ အများကြီးရှိခဲ့ပါတယ်။
အခြေအနေအရပ်အရပ်ကြောင့် ရွာမှာ အလုပ်အကိုင် အခွင့်အလမ်း နည်းပါးတာကလည်း စိန်ခေါ်မှုတစ်ခုဖြစ်လာပါတယ်။ လူငယ်နှင့် လူလတ်ပိုင်းတွေက အခြားနိုင်ငံတွေကို သွားရောက် အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်ကြခြင်းကြောင့် ရွာမှာလည်း လူကြီးတွေနဲ့ ကလေးငယ်တွေသာ အများစုကျန်ရှိပါတော့တယ်။
ADRA စီမံကိန်းကနေ အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကြောင်းသင်တန်းအကြောင်း ကြားသိရတဲ့အခါ ဆံပင်ညှပ်သင်တန်းကို စိတ်ဝင်စားလာပြီး အစီအစဉ်မှာ ပါဝင်ဖို့ ကျွန်တော်ဆုံးဖြတ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
Norad နှင့် ADRA Norway မှ ရန်ပုံငွေထောက်ပံ့ပေးထားတဲ့ SEAQE2 စီမံကိန်းကဖွင့်တဲ့ ဆံပင်ညှပ်သင်တန်းကို တက်ရောက်ဖို့ ရွေးချယ်ခံရတဲ့ အခါမှာလည်း ကျွန်တော်အနေနဲ့ ဝမ်းမြောက်ခဲ့ရပါတယ်။
သင်တန်းလေ့ကျင့်ရေးကာလမှာလည်း သက်ဆိုင်ရာပညာရပ်တွေကို သင်ယူနိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုရှိဖို့နဲ့ အခြားကဏ္ဍတွေကိုပါ တိုးတက်အောင် ကြိုးစားသင်ယူခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဆံပင်ညှပ်တာအပြင် အမျိုးသမီးဆံပင်အလှပြုပြင်ခြင်းအကြောင်းကိုလည်း ပိုမိုလေ့လာနိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
သင်တန်းနဲ့ အလုပ်သင်အစီအစဉ်ကနေ ဆံပင်အလှပြင်ခြင်းနှင့် ပတ်သက်ပြီး အသုံးဝင်တဲ့ ဘာသာရပ်တွေကိုလည်း သင်ယူလေ့လာနိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ SEAQE2 စီမံကိန်းမှ ပံ့ပိုးပေးသော e-learning သင်ခန်းစာများမှတစ်ဆင့် ကျွန်တော်ရဲ့ အနာဂတ်အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကြောင်းအတွက် ဗဟုသုတများစွာ ရရှိခဲ့သည်။ အထူးသဖြင့် e-Learning သင်ခန်းစာတွေက ငွေကြေးကို ပိုမိုစနစ်တကျစီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ဖို့အတွက်နဲ့ လက်တွေ့အသုံးချနိုင်ဖို့ အကူအညီပေးပါသည်။
သင်တန်းပြီးတာနဲ့လည်း ကိုယ်ပိုင်လုပ်ငန်းလုပ်ကိုင်ဖို့ စီမံကိန်းကနေလည်း ထောက်ပံ့ကြေးရခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်ကိုယ်ပိုင်လုပ်ငန်းကို စတင်နိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး ကိုယ်ပိုင်ဝင်ငွေနဲ့ မိသားစုကို ထောက်ပံ့ဖို့အတွက် လစဉ်ဝင်ငွေလည်း ကိုယ်ပိုင်ဆိုင်လေးကနေ ရရှိနေပါတယ်။
အနာဂတ်မှာ ကျွန်တော်ကိုယ်ပိုင်လုပ်ငန်းလေး ပိုမိုအောင်မြင်လာမယ်လို့ မျှော်လင့်ပါတယ်။ ဆိုင်ကိုလည်း အချက်အချာကျပြီး လူဦးရေထူထပ်တဲ့မြို့ပြမှာ ဖွင့်နိုင်ဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်ထားပါတယ်။
