On Tuesday, 28th January 2020, the EU Ambassador and EU Member States’ Ambassadors and Heads of Mission resident in Myanmar, met together with ADRA Administration and Program staff from the Asia Regional Office, Norway, Thailand and Myanmar.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the European Union-funded CASE2Learn project supporting ethnic education and the current situation in Kayin State regarding technical vocational education and training (TVET). The meeting was held at the Government Technical Highschool Hpa-An with which ADRA Myanmar has a joint partnership through the SEAQE2 project funded by Norad and ADRA Norway.
The EU-funded CASE2Learn project is currently undergoing its first year of implementation with its local partner RISE – an ethnic education network comprised of 10 local organisations.

ဥရောပသမဂ္ဂ (EU) သံအမတ်ကြီးနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ ဥရောပသမဂ္ဂ အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံသံအမတ်ကြီးများ၊ မစ်ရှင်အကြီးအကဲများသည် အာရှဒေသရုံးအပါအဝင် နော်ဝေ၊ ထိုင်းနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတို့မှ ADRA အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးနှင့် စီမံကိန်းဆိုင်ရာတာဝန်ရှိသူများနှင့် ၂၀၂ဝပြည့်နှစ် ဇန်နဝါရီလ ၂၈ ရက်နေ့(အင်္ဂါနေ့)က တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြသည်။
အဆိုပါတွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲ၏ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်မှာ ဥရောပသမဂ္ဂ၏အထောက်အပံ့ဖြင့်ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည့် CASE2Learn စီမံကိန်းအကြောင်းနှင့် တိုင်းရင်းသားပညာရေး၊ နည်းပညာနှင့် သက်မွေးပညာလေ့ကျင့်သင်ကြားရေးဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စရပ်များနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ လက်ရှိကရင်ပြည်နယ်၏ အခြေအနေများကို ဆွေးနွေးရန်ဖြစ်ပြီး ယင်းအစည်းအဝေးကို အစိုးရနည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ အထက်တန်းကျောင်း(ဘားအံ)တွင် ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည်။ ၎င်းသည် Norad နှင့် ADRA နော်ဝေးတို့ထောက်ပံ့သော SEAQE2 စီမံကိန်းကို ADRA မြန်မာနှင့် အတူလက်တွဲပူးတွဲဆောင်ရွက်နေခြင်းလည်းဖြစ်သည်။
ဥရောပသမဂ္ဂ (EU) ၏ ထောက်ပံ့ငွေဖြင့် ဆောင်ရွက်နေသော CASE2Learn စီမံကိန်းကို ဒေသဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲ့အစည်း ၁၀ ဖွဲ့ဖြင့် ဖွဲ့စည်းထားသော တိုင်းရင်းသားပညာရေးကွန်ရက် RISE နှင့် အတူ စတင်အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်နေခြင်းလည်းဖြစ်သည်။ CASE2Learn စီမံကိန်းအကြောင်းအသေးစိတ်ကို ယခုလင့်ကိုနှိပ်၍ဝင်ရောက်လေ့လာနိုင်ပါသည်။
